Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and standard return procedures will apply.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
